1 qt. cranberries
1/2 c. canned pears
1 c. diced celery
1 c. raw shredded carrots
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. gelatin
Mayonnaise dressing
Wash cranberries; cover with cold water. Cook until tender. Add sugar; cook 5 minutes. Soften gelatin in cold water. Add salt. Add all ingredients; chill. Serve with mayonnaise dressing.
