2 tbs. cooking oil
3 lbs. beef short ribs
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp Molasses
2 tbsp white vinegar
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped onion
Heat cooking oil in frying pan. Add ribs. Brown on all sides. Drain. Place ribs in 5 qt. crock pot. Mix next 6 ingredients well in bowl. Stir in onion. Pour over short ribs. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hrs. or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hrs.
Serves 6: Per serving: 310 cal , 15.9 g fat, 1415 mg sod, 27 g prot, 13 g carb
